Randy and I are taking a 45 hour class on the social and emotional development of a child. This video was featured in our class. It takes about 5 minutes but it is well worth the time. Debbie, this is SO touching. I am sending it to all my teacher friends. Just absolutely beautiful. I need to watch it each Sunday before the new week begins.
I've seen this before, and it still made me cry.
I like this line on the site, "it is my belief that 'success' can be defined by a child actualizing his potential." Amen, sister.
God has such grand plans for each child. They contain such potential. They are just precious little seeds, in need of nurturing, watering, sunlight, and love.
I pray daily that my kids will benefit from every positive thing in their lives, that God will lead me to teach what/ when/ how He wants, and that He will erase anything from their minds that is not beneficial!
